1. Use of System

Authorized users may access and use the ERP platform for legitimate business purposes related to Real Estate IQ’s agro-commodities and mining operations. Unauthorized access, data manipulation, or system misuse is strictly prohibited.

We collect personal and organizational data necessary for operational, administrative, and compliance purposes. All data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in line with the NDPR. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.

All information accessed within the ERP system is confidential and proprietary to Real Estate IQ. Users must not disclose, share, or misuse company or customer data without authorization. Violation of this clause may result in disciplinary and legal actions.

4. User Obligations

Users shall:

  • Access only authorized sections of the ERP system;
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
  • Comply with all applicable company policies, data protection regulations, and IT usage guidelines;
  • Report any suspected data breaches or unauthorized activity immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, data, and documentation within this ERP system remain the exclusive property of Real Estate IQ. Users are granted limited, non-transferable access rights solely for business use.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Real Estate IQ processes all personal data in compliance with NDPR principles, ensuring data minimization, purpose limitation, integrity, and accountability. By using this system, users consent to lawful data processing necessary for business operations.

7. Amendments

Real Estate IQ reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be made available through the ERP system or official communication channels.
